I am literally at Metro by T-MOBILE 164 River Square Plaza Hueytown 35023. I bought ear-buds for $77.00 on May 12, 2023. The right ear bud stopped working properly.The clerk refused to give me a refund. He refused to give me an exchange. He refused to give me his name. He wasn't wearing a name tag. He refused to give me the number to corporate. He refused to give me the district managers name or number. He was completely rude telling me to get out of the store and he doesn't care who I call. He humiliated me , making me feel less than human. He got loud and disrespectful. My daughter who is a retailer, called corporate on the conference call. He yelled at me with Corporate on the phone. There should be a star for zero. This clerk definitely deserves one. I need to be made whole.Signed Postmaster Bryant

There was customer asking for a refund. The clerk was very rude. Shouting and being dismissive. Terrible customer service will not be going back. Hopefully the district manager handles the employee.

I received terrible treatment by the clerk at this facility. He was shouting, rude and less than accommodating. He should not work with the public. I paid $77 for some q-air ear buds May 12, 2023. This guy refused to obtain my receipt via his computer. He refused to give me his name. He wasn't wearing a name tag, neither was the store number published. He refused to give me the telephone number to corporate. He refused to give me the name of the district manager or his/her phone number. He refused to give me an exchange or a refund. He was rude, degrading and insolate. Hopefully he will be disciplined as I finally called 611 and reached a lady who was sympathetic and understanding. Sincerely, Postmaster Bryant

i was going into the store and this employee named Edie Pascual trued to help me bad service he was lazy. i asked him to help me find a good phone plan he said find it yourself and then played on his phone and ignored me, very bad service please make sure this employee gets proper training

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!Purchase the phone 4 days ago in this phone was suggested by the manager of Metro PC in hueytown. Today is Saturday and this particular Motorola phone has all sorts of malfunctions and is not working properly. I was not entitled to upgrade as of yet so I paid retail price for this Motorola 5G. I simply requested to just go back to Moto g which cost less. I did not want a refund or the difference. I simply just wanted a phone that I know works without any issues. I spoke to customer service twice while in the store who specifically said that I shouldn't have a problem with doing so (exchanging) but the store refused!!!I did not get an upgrade or an upgrade phone I paid retail price in this store was not willing to help in any way. The only thing they were willing to do was send off under warranty. I have patronized this particular store for a few years now it has never complained about anything or any phones that I purchased. It's not like I was asking for a miracle I was just asking for understanding, reconsideration, and excellent customer service which I received none of the three. After being there an hour, the store owner came spoke with the store clerk for a moment and went to the back without trying to address or acknowledge the issue that I was having with his products in his store.

DON'T DO THE SMART PAY OPTION!!! I had the cash to pay for the phone. He talks me into doing smart pay by offering to "throw in" a couple of bluetooth speakers and a headset. I call the payment place today to get info on the plan. I've already played $160 of what should have only cost me $326 that day. They tell me I owe 11 more payments of $79. That brings the total to $1020? What the hell? You are supposed to help your customers, not screw them over!!!

The Guy there was were nice took care of me and my family I am really gald they got someone else in the store If you have any questions he does he best to answer them if your looking at going to a Metro by T-Mobile store you should give this guy a try

This is the second time I have come to the Hueytown location and they have been closed 25 or more minutes earlier than their listed operating hours. When you are getting poor service like this who can be called to make a difference. On this occasion when I drove up at 7:37 pm, the open signs were on and there was a man sitting at the counter. The door was locked and , He exclaimed, "sorry they were closed." When I began to take pictures of the service times posted on the door, he quickly hurried from the counter, cut the open signs off and would not return to the counter. Unfortunately, I was not able to photograph him also. It is sad that poor service is the norm these days. Service times and policies should be honored, you knew the hours wheb you applied for the job!!!!!!!
