“Very nice!! Called me to come pick up the chicks I had shipped there before the tracking number had even notified me they had arrived, which was great because I was worried they would sit around in the cold for a while. I chose to use them for this over the other post office nearby that delivers my mail because I knew they were reliable and would take care of my package. Was very easy to walk in and get them with my ID, which they did check so you don’t have to worry about someone else just grabbing your mail!”

“i have a P.O. box at the adamsville post office:) the service is very good and kind people. i do not have any issues on getting or sending my packages from this post office. i enjoy my visits at the post office. if there is something that has not made it, they always check on it for us:) i would say that they do very well here, and if you are looking for a good P.O. box this is a good place to get one:) i live in forestdale and i do not use the forestdale post office at all anymore. forestdale is very Rude people there and i just was not happy at all there. i go to adamsville and it all turns around, like i get all my packages now:) so i am very happy with adamsville post office it was worth the cost of the P.O. box:) we have been there over 3 years now:) thank you:)”

“Today I had to do some checking on my mail service due to waiting for some important documents and haven't received any mail in a few day's and for me this isn't normal. So I took a trip to my local post office on lomb avenue in Birmingham to inquire about the issue. The staff was very helpful and professional the young lady we spoke with was Shanta and another young professional were doing all they could do to give us information we were needing. The service was great she advised us that she would be checking on our mail for the next days ahead and would directly contact us if she found the pieces of mail we were inquiring about. I also have to say that the main reason we were following up was we really really have a professional relationship with our current mail carrier. He's always very good at his job n his work. We have never had any issues regarding questions we ask mail being delivered on time and all of our deliveries. We so appreciate the opportunity to meet the staff inside of our local post office. We left feeling confident that we were being looked out for. So again Thank you entire staff at the post office on lomb avenue we appreciated the help. And to our current mail carrier thanks for all you do. You have spoiled us on 50th street.”
