    The only reason for zero stars is the fact that they don't give you the option. If you are smart heed my warning and never ever do business with AAA Alabama unless you enjoy headaches. If it's anything like my case they will have your money and you will have no insurance and getting your money back will be like pulling... read full comment

    No one can answer the phones this location ...and the 1 lonely person that answered for AAA was rude and arrogant.. then hung up on me ... can not get anyone to answer in the whole state of Alabama.

    Called AAA at 8 this morning for a battery jump start. Over the course of the day I've talked to 12 people at AAA. It's 7:30 PM and still no service. Explanation, the drivers are too busy. Thankfully, I'm at home otherwise, I would still be sitting on the side of the road.Totally unacceptable.
