“This review is long overdue as my fiancé and I moved to Arcadia about two months ago. We absolutely LOVE living here and Marc was amazing throughout the whole process. We were given very short notice about having to make an out of state move and relocate to Alabama. This led to a lot of stress which was very much decreased by how quick, kind, and professional the whole team at Arcadia is. We worked with Marc throughout our move and he made the transition so easy, but we have also had multiple interactions with Liv since moving her and she is also great! Beautiful community, nice amenities, and very friendly people!”

And since this is going to be a glowing review I just want to say that nobody asked me to write it for any reason. These are completely my own experiences and thoughts.
I tend to be skeptical of five-star reviews so I just wanted to put that out there.

The apartments themselves are beautiful. For me it's the details. I love the kitchen sink because it's deep and it has the pull-down sprayer. The bathtub is huge and the shower tile goes all the way to the ceiling. I also adore that there is not a stitch of carpet in these apartments. It's clean and feels comfortable.

Amber has been really great to work with, such a sweet person and very down to earth. I've been consistently treated with respect and like my opinions and concerns matter. The other front desk staff has been very kind and patient as well, which is rare in my experience. A lot of other places, the front end staff will help you begrudgingly or with an attitude, but I have never once felt that here.

The maintenance staff is also incredibly nice and respectful of my space and time and they are really great with my dog. I haven't had very many maintenance issues, but when they came in to help me because I accidentally set off the smoke detector they were very considerate of me and my dog being scared of the noise. And very patient with me explaining how the system works.

I think for everything you get here it's very reasonably priced. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for and it's absolutely worth it!”

Been here for 2 years (almost 3) now. Brittany (the office manager) is FANTASTIC and maintenance issues are always taken care of promptly. The property itself is very well taken care of. Another perk is that the location is very close to everything.”

“During my time living at Huntsville Parc, I had a genuinely great experience and have nothing negative to say about the community. I no longer live there, but if the commute to my new job had not been so long, I would have happily stayed for the foreseeable future.

When we initially moved in, we had signed for a different apartment, but after seeing it the day before move-in, it was clear that the unit was not yet ready following the previous tenants. Chelsey immediately worked with us to resolve the situation, found us another unit in a timely manner, and made sure everything was up to standard before we moved in. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally she handled everything. Maintenance was also consistently responsive. When our AC went out during the summer, they came out and fixed it the same day we submitted the work order. Chelsey was always easy to reach and made it a priority to ensure any concerns we had were taken care of.

Even after moving out, I accidentally had an important document sent to my old address, and Chelsey has continued communicating with me and gone out of her way to help retrieve it. I am extremely appreciative of the level of care she has shown even though I am no longer a resident.

I highly recommend Huntsville Parc. The staff was always helpful, responsive, and accommodating. My former roommate enjoyed living there so much that they decided to stay on the property and move into another unit. That alone says a lot about the experience we had there.”
