“Was a tenant here from Spring 24 to Summer 26. The front office staff was always super responsive and helpful when any issues arose. I could not say enough good things, even made accommodations when things went wrong. Maintenance was responsive with repairs and usually was less than 48 hours for even minor fixes. Alexis in the front office was always great to work with and always took good care of me while I lived here.
About 5-10 minutes to downtown Madison, shops and restaurants as well. About ~ 15 minutes to downtown Huntsville. I could not complain about the apartment, location, staff or grounds. Rent for a 2bd was very reasonable for the area. Updated appliances (at least the apartments I was in). Rooms are good size as well, plenty of room.”

“After stopping by next door and speaking with the manager, Rob, he told me about this property that I may be able to get into. Antoinette was so nice and helpful to my wife and I. Her office was clean, smelled great and was organized. I will be applying! Thank you, Antoinette!”

“I’ve really enjoyed my time at Palladian at Promenade! The staff are friendly and attentive, always making sure residents feel at home. The amenities are top-notch, and I appreciate how well-maintained everything is. The atmosphere here is peaceful, and it's been a great place to live. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community. Keep up the great work!”
