Been seeing Sue & Ashley for wicked sciatica pain. Very happy with the results. The best for me is that Sue is willing to explain exactly why I'm doing particular exercises, what muscles are involved, etc. It really helps me do the work. Great atmosphere. I'd highly recommend it.
