She is very knowledgeable, extremely patient and highly competent. She made my loan experience positive, professional and productive. She even went the extra mile to thoroughly explain with examples all that I didn’t understand or wasn’t familiar with. She also offered up ways for me to improve my credit score by taking advantage of some additional RFCU offered products/services. She exhibited superior customer service and is deserving of whatever RFCU customer service satisfaction rewards available.”

“Redstone federal credit union provides outstanding professional financial services to clients with exceptional satisfaction and gratitude to the members’ financial needs. There is excellent customer relationship service and support to members in communication and transaction processing.”
“NAECU, formerly Huntsville Teacher's Credit Union has been around forever! I won't mention how long I have banked with them. :) Their membership used to be limited to teacher's and I think gov't workers, but they relaxed their membership - you'd have to check their website for those details. Everybody from the receptionist, to the tellers, to the President are so professional, friendly, pleasant, and helpful, in person and via the phone. They have two branches in HSV, one in Madison and one in Athens. I've financed car purchases through them, had (and still have) a small unsecured loan available if I ever want it, and have used them for notary services and counter checks, etc. They usually have a selection of 1-3 repossessed vehicles at this branch for sale, parked to the left of the front parking lot. The service I do not think they offer is mortgages. Throughout the year they have various activities such as open houses, offers for money for referring new members, and ink cartridge recycling. I highly recommend this local financial institution!”

“Just recently got a home mortgage with them and can’t complain at all! The brokers were incredible and in constant communication. I initially was giving up on buying a house because Veterans United fell through on closing with my VA loan even though they “specialize” in VA loans, I’ll never go through them again. After a horrible experience I’d almost decided to just rent but thankfully I was connected with the amazing broker team at South State! I’ll always recommend them and they really know how to treat people and are incredible at what they do! Had a great experience and when it comes time to buy a house again will be reaching out ! “I just had the best experience closing on a line of credit with Jane. When my wife and I arrived there was a mixup with our paperwork, and quite frankly most other banks would have made this a multiple day ordeal. Jane jumped right in to help us despite having never met us before. She got on the line with the loan department, and basically let them know we were there to sign our paperwork, and she intended for that to happen. She took what could have been a long drawn out problem, and made it a very minor inconvenience. Thank you, Jane!”
