“Called for battery and a possible complex install information on my Son's car. 2 competitors said no or high charge for install (My sons car, Lincoln MKZ, calls for professional install as battery is partially hidden under cowling and tricky to get to.) Gentleman on phone at Interstate said they have never had issue with this car type..cmon on by! My son took car in and 20 minutes later, he was headed home with new battery and free install.! Incredible service, helpful and now i am lifetime customer and will refer and recommend highly! We'll done and thank you.”

“Went in to pick up a few parts for my car after a check engine light came on. The store was pretty well organized and it didn’t take long to find what I needed. One of the employees asked if I needed help and actually seemed to know what he was talking about, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair compared to other auto parts stores around here. They didn’t have one specific item in stock, but they offered to order it and explained the timeline clearly. Overall, it was a smooth experience. Not fancy or anything, but it gets the job done and I’d come back again if I need parts in the future.”

“I went here, on 07/12/2024, because they had previously repaired this rather sentiment gift my wife bought me yrs ago. It is a "dude gift" that is a jump starter, air pump, etc, all in one. I really love it, as I have been able to assist several people with emergency situations since receiving it. Well, again, I had broken one of the jumper cables, making it almost useless to me. I went to them again, asking them to repair it and willing to pay. A guy named "Shadow" told me he'd take a look and that I could check on it later that day or the next day. I picked it up today, as he fixed it again. I offered to pay him something or at least buy him lunch. He wasn't hearing it and told me it was nothing. Folks, it was something to me, as I treasure that little concoction. Lol! Good people still exists, and they can expect lunch on me, at some point soon. Support this place, please!”
