I really hate dealing with anything car related, especially as a female, but that guy Douglas is the man. So freaking helpful, polite and kind. I've never had this experience, at an auto parts store. He's truly exceptional!!!

The customer service is some of the best ive ever encountered! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I would name them one by one....but there isn't one that isn't great! I wont goto another auto parts store....10 out of 10!
