“The Apple Store at Bridge Street in Huntsville was worth the drive. With the store being so busy everyone and every issue was handled to perfection. I had the pleasure of a young lady named Sasha helping me and there didn’t seem to be anything she couldn’t handle..she went above and beyond (compared to most places) to resolve my issues. I highly recommend if you have an Apple product and have issues this is definitely where you want to go, no hassle just HELP!”
“THEY SAVED MY DATA WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD ! One day, my macbook pro decided not to respond to the power button - no response at all. Apple quoted weeks to repair, and probably wouldn't have saved my data. Two separate Apple-authorized repair centers couldn't fix, they only swap logic boards which wouldn't have my data - cost me a total of $3000 ! Powerbook Medic fixed it int two days by simply cleaning out a bit of corrosion on the board - and saved my data - for $345 !!!!!!!!! Love these guys.”

“Went to buy a computer. We had researched and knew which one we wanted and the site showed it was in stock. An agent greeted us as we got to the computer section. We showed him which one we wanted via a picture. He spent 10 in plus minutes looking with other employees. He then spent ample time helping us select an alternative and found one which was actually better and on sale. Great job Chris.”
