It is a good place to come with serious issues, where technicians can fix problems like an exploded battery and replace items with no worries. Many report pleasant experiences without long waits, even when busy, and note it can be the only store in a large radius with specific items in stock. While most experiences are positive, there can be occasional inconsistencies with the greeting and appointment list process. Overall, this Apple Store is highly recommended for its service and support at the Genius Bar.

My daughter had a 10:15 appointment. She signed in before 10:15. They ignored her for over an hour while taking other people who walked in off the street before her.
