Absolutely love this gym! They keep class sizes small so you get plenty of attention. The workouts change frequently so you're always learning something. There are plenty of accommodations for injuries or physical limitations.

Core strength and performance is an awesome gym!! Family oriented, great trainers, all types of members that have fun together. I personally have been there a year now and have changed my mind and body for the better. It doesn't happen overnight but the results are great. # put in the work.
