Hours: CrossFit Empire South is a welcoming community in southeast Huntsville, across from the Hays Farm shopping center. It is a great CrossFit gym for all experience ranges, ages, and fitness levels, with a good spread of men, women, skill levels, and sizes. The members are all super welcoming, friendly, and supportive, creating a strong community. The coaching is top notch, great, and helpful. Coaches are great at giving pointers and tips to improve form and technique, always providing a proper warm up, demo, and scales. They value safety and teach good form. The programming balances cardio and strength training and is based on individual goals and abilities, with workouts that can always be scaled. There are apps to see workouts ahead of time and leaderboards. It is a great place where everyone is very friendly, and there is always something new to keep you engaged. Members find it instrumental for consistency and see a lot of results, making it a wonderful and welcoming box for both regular members and visitors.
