This lab on the first floor is apparently fairly new here. They have one in Birmingham and other cities in the state. The lady was absolutely phenomenal and was a joy to talk to and did a great job drawing five tubes of blood God love her. ♥️

This lab is extremely unreliable. They struggle to give the results to your ordering provider.

Anything related to Crestwood is utter garbage.
I was charged $700 for a blood draw that was processed to the wrong insurance company under someone else’s policy name.
I had to call 3 times and write a follow up letter to get it resolved.
Awful experience.
