“Microphase clinical laboratory is a great asset to the Huntsville community. I have been tested here several times since the beginning of covid, due to having a compromised immune system. The staff are very knowledgeable. They are patient, and will take the time to answer any questions. It is very easy to call and get an appointment, they will even come out to your car and test you. And the results come in very quickly that same day.”

Super easy to schedule and browse your options for testing online. When I got there it was smooth, no wait times, clear results emailed within 5 days!” Only bad thing was the parking lot and figuring out how to get in.”

“I did a appreciate the Phlebotomist honesty in letting me how much I would be billed out of pocket without insurance. She was able to offer a couple of different options of places I could actually order my labs from and pay way less up front since I don't have medical insurance right now. Nice, caring, empathetic and knowledgeable employees. Wait time was basically non existent. Check in was fast, simple and convenient. Time spent during visit was under 30 minutes & that actually included the time I used to actually re_order my labs from a different place and she let me hop right back into my place in line. It was a great medical-environment experience as far as from a patient's perspective.”
