CVS Pharmacy has been a long-time choice for many customers, and overall, they are satisfied with the service. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, especially in situations like receiving vaccines, where the process is quick, private, and handled by knowledgeable and gentle nurses. However, experiences with pharmacy staff can vary, and some customers have encountered issues. One customer mentioned that the pharmacist worked with them to resolve problems when mistakes occurred, showing a willingness to help. Nonetheless, there have been frustrations, such as difficulty obtaining specific medications like brand-name Ritalin, which has been out of stock for weeks despite their regular use. Some customers also reported negative interactions over the phone, with staff being rude or unhelpful when asked for prescription pricing or insurance details. One person noted that a staff member refused to provide price estimates without the prescription present, despite previous experiences to the contrary, leading to disappointment. Additionally, CVS's passport photo service received criticism for poor camera quality and inadequate lighting, making the $16.99 cost seem high, especially since additional copies were not discounted. Despite these issues, the pharmacy's vaccine service stands out as efficient and pleasant. Overall, CVS Pharmacy offers good service but can improve in areas like medication availability, staff professionalism, and photo services.
I have been using this CVS for a long time and have always been satisfied with their service. There have been times when things have gone wrong (my fault not theirs) and the pharmacist has always worked with me to make it right.
