Can someone tell me why there is two taxes on this receipt that don't sound right

This is the nicest, cleanest and perfectly running store. The manager saw my son and I walking and checked in, to see I if we needed help or checking out. The entire team was on top of everything. I was very impressed. Way to go guys!!!

Great customer service , but the store was extremely nasty and dirty . Built up dirt all on the floor , unattended spills . I thought about not even buying anything from this location.
