“There are several things I love about this store. Not just the pricing. The quality of the meat is good. They have a pizza dough that most of the time is thawed out, but typically it’s frozen and when it thaws out it’s like fresh dough and you can make amazing pizzas with it. The produce can be you questionable… But definitely you can find good product in there as well.”
“They have homemade cracklins!!! Yummy!! You can't find cracklins any longer very much. I was so glad to see they had some. They make them right there at the market.”
“Above average for a Publix. Nice selection in deli/carry out area. Usually has everything I am looking for in stock. I wish they would stock more Publix brand Diet Cherry and Regular Diet Cola. I am deathly allergic to Neutrasweet and those are the only diet sodas with Splenda.”
“It's a smaller store than most that I've been in, but they still had a good eat selection of what I needed.
The girl in the deli put both pounds of turkey that I ordered in one bag. When I went to make a sandwich, I couldn't pull out a slice of turkey without shredding 4-5 pieces of turkey same time. Should have put it in two deli bags...other than that it was a good shopping trip. The bagger was very nice and loaded my groceries into the car.”
“This Whole Foods is one of the few places that I can honestly say that has never given me a bad shopping experience. The store is well kept and tidy, the shopping selection is amazing, and they have some of the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever seen. One of them even went out of his way to find an obscure item for me while I was having a difficult time keeping my young son calm.
If you ever wondered if Whole Foods lives up to the hype, at least this one does.”

“I love that we have an Aldi nearby and I use this as my main grocer.
But I find that the berries are consistently moldy. Even when mold is not visible, they taste moldy. I don’t find this at other Aldi locations. The almond milk also tastes off compared to the exact same brand at other stores. There seems to be an issue with the warehousing conditions? Aging products faster maybe.
I am writing this hoping the manager sees it, because it’s really annoying to have to go to two grocery stores all the time! And I would hate for this Aldi to eventually close over something that should be fixed and fixable.”
“Oakwood always has great fresh food. They come from a philosophy to begin with of healthy eating. I graduated from college there in 1978. In nursing school I really enjoyed the campus and vegetarian food. It’s nice to see they’re continuing to spread that message and upgrading their market”

“My Mom and I decided to grab a bite to eat at the deli of the Meridianville store. We ordered two hamburgers, fries, and large drinks. After a couple of minutes of sitting down, the Associate came and told us that there would be a delay on our food. Apparently, another Associate had just left and had not prepped Burger patties or lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. She apologized and thanked us for our patience.
A few minutes later, the Deli Manager came and asked for our receipt. She said she was refunding our money, since we were having to wait so long for our food. We told her that wasn't necessary, but she insisted, apologized, and thanked us for our patience. When she returned, she brought our original payment AND a $10.00 gift card!!! Again, we told her that wasn't necessary, but she, again, apologized and thanked us for our patience.
A few minutes later, they brought out the food. The 1/3lb. burgers were fresh, hot, and juicy!!! The produce was fresh, and the bun was soft and fresh. The fries were hot, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Honestly, it was the BEST burger and fries that I've had in a while!!! I can honestly say that I'll have more burgers from the Food City Deli, which is ironic, because we had intended on getting a burger from one of the fast food joints.
I just wanted to brag on the Deli crew for our experience. Thank you for your excellent customer service, going above and beyond in a situation that wasn't that big a deal to begin with!!!”
“The customer service is outstanding in the meat department. Five stars every time. Fresh high quality meat, poultry and fish. They make these delicious Maryland crab cakes that are restaurant quality. Great selection of fresh produce. We grind our own coffee and they have a large selection of excellent coffee beans that you can buy by the pound. We highly recommend this store.”

“I always get my gas at kroger because I am a kroger Plus member and I like the gas discount. The reason I rated it a 4 is because the instructions on the pump are a bit confusing. It asks you what discount you want to use, and then after you select the discount it asks you how much money of that discount you want to use. I pushed the wrong thing a few times before I figured out what was going on. I really don't like that setup, but the discounts are good!”

“Gordon's has lots of different foods, especially large quantities for restaurants or parties. Good prices and easy access. Large parking area. I really like their sharp cheddar cheese - it's not extremely sharp but more like a better medium. If you need GF flour, they have 25# bags of Bob's RedMill for a super price. Give them a look.”

“very impressed ! The customer service was EXCELLENT! Told me which aisle product was, left bathroom while cleaning so i could use it, mgr brought me a cart to the back of store, cashier was nice. This is the best Walmart I have been to in 5 decades. I even liked the music. Everyone was kind and helpful. Is this really a Walmart store or another reality ? I hated walmart Before this experience. These employees were actually smiling, helpful, and greeted me. This made me want to sell my house and move next to this store.”
