We were greeted by a sales associate when came in. No one bothered us while my son found the shoe he wanted. Then the sales lady offered me a discount! They could not have been nicer!

DSW has gotten to be one of my favorite places to buy shoes. They carry Beez which I absolutely love. One of a select few places I know that carries them. They also have a great selection for the whole family and their rewards program is great!

Good shoes for a decent price. The store is for the most part clean and organized when I shop there. The selection is wide with a little bit of every style and even some accessories. The service isn’t excellent, but it has never been terrible either; just like employees working a job.
