“I’m giving this store 4 stars because overall it was still a positive experience, even though things didn’t work out exactly as planned.
I originally found a furniture set on the showroom floor and asked if it was available in gray. The salesperson showed me a charcoal gray option, and it was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, when the order came in, it turned out the wrong couch had been ordered due to a mix-up with the item number.
When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed it wasn’t the one we had discussed. I was told the correct couch wouldn’t be available until May 23rd, which didn’t work for my timeline, so I decided to cancel the order.
The good news is the team handled the cancellation quickly and without any issues. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, professional, and easy to work with, and I still feel like they offer great deals.
While the mix-up was disappointing, I would definitely consider shopping here again because of the customer service. No harm, no foul—just one of those things that didn’t quite go as planned.”
“Cute little furniture store! We needed a bedroom set for a guest room nothing too expensive, but still good quality and they had exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. Joe Lively took great care of us. I really appreciated that he introduced himself and then let us look around without hovering. Would definitely recommend!”

“I went in last weekend to look for a few things for my kitchen and ended up finding more than I planned. The store was clean and pretty well organized, which made it easy to walk around without feeling rushed. They had a good mix of basic items and some nicer decor pieces too. Prices seemed fair compared to other places in town. One of the employees asked if I needed help and actually knew where everything was, which I appreciated. Checkout took a little time but nothing crazy. Overall it was a solid experience and I’d probably come back when I need stuff for the house.”

The turnover of inventory is higher than I realized so recommend following them on social media.The post-pandemic inflation has introduced a lot of quality compromises in manufacturing while prices have increased. I don't want that. Give me well-made, solid furniture that I can keep and want to keep forever. Interiors by Consign is where you can find it.Customer service was casual, easy and no pressure at all. I picked up some kitchen decor and a couple storage pieces that were actually sturdier than I expected. Checkout moved at a decent pace even with a small line.
