Franchise location, car was available but service is nonexistent. Phone number goes direct to voice mail, reservation numbers do not exist in their online system.

The most unprofessional and rude staff I've ever encountered. If you don't like your job don't work there . Hertz you seriously need to hire different staff. Should've known that since this location has 2.7 stars.
