“This is the second time I have stayed. Everything was great, employees were all very nice especially the night guy, wish I could remember his name. The only down fall is the traffic noise at night.”
“Great hotel, service was excellent, great location and overall, the staff is great as well. One concern is that there are two birds residing inside the hotel. One staff member joked that they were permanent guests of the hotel and had been there for quite some time. They weren’t flying around everywhere or anything, but were perched up in the ceiling area. Noticed bird droppings on the railings which had clearly been there for sometime. As I was checking out I noticed a staff member scrubbing the droppings off of the railings on her hands and knees. I felt horrible, shouldn't they just have the birds removed instead of forcing employees to clean up behind them when they don't even belong inside in the first place? Just doesn't seem fair to the staff nor very sanitary. Literally the only complaint I have, everything else was perfect.”

“We stayed here for Exposure Youth Camp, and the staff was great. One of the elevators wasn't working, but they managed to get it fixed even through all the chaos and service. Our rooms were clean and fully functional, and we especially loved the breakfast staff. Meli da was such a great manager. They kept us well fed and in a great mood for the day. Would definitely stay here again!”
“Nice hotel. Front desk receptionist has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable about amenities, nearby restaurants, and local activities. Rooms was cleaned and well maintained. Also the walls are thick. I didn't hear footsteps from the floor on top of me or the TV in the rooms adjacent to me”
“We stay here several times a year while visiting family in Huntsville. Every other time, I would rate them 5 stars. This time I only rated them 4 stars due to their breakfast. My go to always for breakfast is the oatmeal. This time the oatmeal was mostly water with a few flakes of oatmeal both mornings we were there. I don't even think it was hot. My next go to was the pancakes, which were great the first morning. The second morning, the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were very clean & the staff was friendly. It even looks like they refurbished the place since our last visit.”

“My mom and I took a vacation last summer and we stayed at this hotel. The woman was super nice and friendly. Her name was Alissa. She always greeted my mom and I when we came downstairs and she helped us out with a lot. She should definitely get a promotion and a raise.”

Hotel staff were professional and so kind, room was clean, and great water pressure. Gym could benefit from having items for patrons to wipe down the equipment before/after using it, but other than that, it's a spacious room with standard hotel equipment.”

The entire area is very beautiful ?
The staff at the Westin are so very kind & everyone offered to click our pics, greeted us & offered us fruit infused water that was in the lobby even though we were not staying there?
Next time will definitely stay there??”

“There were only two towels for three people. Light above TV didn’t work. Big lamp in the corner is plugged in to a plug that is operated with the light in the entry, this makes absolutely no sense.The rooms are clean and spacious”

“I stayed here in August 2023 for three weeks during a course I was attending. I had a great experience. The location cannot be beat. There are several restaurants within walking distance across the street. There is free electric car charger as well, which allowed me to charge my car when I returned from class each day, pick it up, and then drive it back across the street to the hotel.
The rooms are modern and comfortable. I found the hotel to be quiet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well. Overall, the Hyatt Place is an excellent choice if you are working on or near Redstone, taking a course at UAH, or you want easy access to the city.”

“An average room at a slightly higher than average price, but the location absolutely cannot be beaten. I have never before and probably never will again anywhere else taken the elevator downstairs, checked out, and had a short walk to the security line. It's all inside the terminal. I was past security and at my gate ready to board about 15 minutes after waking up.”

“I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean, and it is the perfect location to so many things. Downtown Huntsville is minutes away. Research Park and MidCity are very easy to navigate from this hotel. I will definitely visit this hotel again.”
“I always try to stay in the Marriott family tree. This residence inn is a perfect example of why I do this. They have excellent staff, plenty of parking, although longer vehicles or those pulling a trailer may have a difficult time getting in the lot due to the angle of incline when you turn in, just be ware, and a small, but hot and fresh breakfast. The room we were in, 103, was spacious, clean, well kept, amd comfortable.”

“I love staying here! This is 100% my favorite hotel. This is my second time staying with them and both experiences were amazing. The rooms are clean and I absolutely love the shower. They have you covered with not only shampoo and bodywash, but conditioner and body lotion that's enjoyable to use. The staff here are exceptional and extremely welcoming. I understand they are planning to upgrade the rooms a little and look forward to seeing how they furnish them. I personally really like the room style and layout. There was a large sofa in our room which was very comfortable to sit and relax on. We are so glad we found this hotel. I can tell the team puts a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you Delyssa, Chelandria, Briana, Jaedon, Leandro, Drennan, and the others that made my stay extra special. I really appreciated it. ?”

Free dinner and drinks daily 5-7 during kickback. The pool and jacuzzi are fabulous for some downtime. Get a room with the space and rocket center view! We will see you soon Drury!”
