“I dont usually just had out 5* reviews but they have earned it. In the last couple of months I've been in town working and have stayed here for over 3 weeks and they have been so helpful and courteous. They took time to get to know me and that was nice. I travel a lot and their breakfast buffet every morning is hands down the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. They also have the best Ty restaurant in house I've ever ate at as well. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Any amenities you could ask for especially for a hotel under a 4 or 5* i would recommend staying here to anyone who reads this review. They are really pretty amazing people and the hotel itself is very nice.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Lizette at the Hilton Garden Inn in Madison, AL for making our stay from May 2 through May 6 truly exceptional.
Lizette stood out for her genuine friendliness and unwavering professionalism. She greeted us with a warm, welcoming demeanor that immediately set the tone for our visit. Throughout our stay, she was consistently attentive, courteous, and proactively anticipating needs before we even had to ask.
What impressed me most was her ability to balance efficiency with a personal touch. Whether assisting with requests, offering helpful local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going well, Lizette made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation.

The trim we were given was very noisy. The HVAC unit was like a propeller in our room and kept going on and off.
Impossible to have a sold nights sleep. I did make a comment to the staff that day but they can only do so much. It’s the higher ups management and corporate who need to know this. Denise was a real help— she went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant”

“Nice place, but there are definitely some opportunities in their maintenance department and housekeeping. My room was never attended to for the 4 days I was there, and it smelled bad when I checked in. The shower floor looked dirty. The retainer for the window shade adjuster was torn off of the wall. The toilet seat was about to fall off. The lamp by the couch was broken at the base and fell over a few times. One of the wheels was broken on the rolling table. The hardware was hanging out of the bathroom door lock and cut my arm. The thermostat on the wall doesn't actually do anything. Not sure what was up with the sing drain, but it was taken apart and just laying there. The chair in the room was covered in stains. Oh, and the top hinge on the entry door is pulled out and you have to fight the door to close it right.... These were just things I noticed on checking in. I travel for work so I always take photos at check in for liability reasons.”

“It's very quiet the ladies at the front desk was very helpful and respectful the area is great for shopping The bathroom door does kind of block the toilet but over all I would recommend this place if your needing a few nights away The drink machine is 1.50”
“For $70 a night this place is stellar. If you're getting off the airplane and need a place to stay, this is the place. I don't have one single complaint but then again I'm easy to please. The room was clean, the bed was cozy, I don't know what others are saying, but my stay was excellent. Kudos to the people that run this place”

“Not my husband and I were traveling from Pittsburgh to a to deliver a puppy we were done delivering and we were on our way home this is one of the nicest hotels we have been into clean comfortable is that the staff was very nice and talked really nice to us it was thrilled to be there”
