Karen, the owner, has always been very up front and fair in her pricing. She also gets to know you as a person and you're not just a customer to her. “Jalissa helped with my purchase and she was amazing. My experience has been nothing but stellar at this location. However, I was already at the Hwy 72 Madison location and walked out. No one acknowledged me or said anything as I walked around the store. I walked right in front of an associate and she didn't have a customer. She looked at me and looked back at her iPad. I came to this location and was immediately warmly greeted. Not only did Jalissa go above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing customer experience, I felt better after having a not so good experience at the other location. I setup an appointment and went back to this location where Erica helped me. And now I can see where all the good service comes from, the manager. Erica was magnificent. She guided me through my purchases making certain I got the best value for what I was looking for. Hands down, best experience, best store! “I trust this business with my ring & diamonds!!! Jacob did an amazing job! I felt claustrophobic, with my ring on during my pregnancy, and after 2 months of enjoying motherhood, I was finally able to get my rings off, and I had it resized from a 5 to 5.5. The center middle prong was replaced and my diamond gem reset. If I had of sent my ring off to Reeds jewelry, it would have been almost a month before I would get my ring back vs. 7 day TAT (turn around time) Don’t be afraid to support local businesses in your area! Jacob has the hands of angel and I can’t stop looking at my hand and ring, my diamonds are eye blinding it sparkles ✨ so much! This is my fourth time bringing my jewelry to this business! Ask for Jacob, you won’t be disappointed! I promise you and I’m someone that’s human and has human emotions, and I’m not easily impressed, the older I get, unless someone proves their value and worth to me. Jacob even called and checked in with me on the status of my ring more then once and held my 2 month old while I was looking at my diamonds, the day the work was done. Jacob is a blessing to this business! Good job! I’m in love with my ring all over again! I plan on getting a necklace made soon! This is my spot!”

“Patty is a wonderful lady and very an expert in the jewelry field. I was going through my estate inheritance and came across some interesting rings and bracelets. Patty had them sold for a lot more than any other local offer within about 4 hours. “I shop here way too much, and I will never stop. I know that I can walk in and find an outfit for any event. Jeans and a tee for a casual day, a beautiful dress for a wedding/event, or a new skirt for church. They carry a wide selection of misses AND plus sizes, which is rare for a boutique. I dance between a size L and an XL so I pull items from both sections, and I am never disappointed. Besides clothing, they carry cute gift items and home décor: candles, puzzles, sunglasses, purses, wooden signs, etc. Plus, TSD is a small, locally owned store, so you can feel good about where you're money is going, and you always know how much they appreciate your business. You can shop in store or online, and now there is a cute little APP! I cannot recommend TSD enough. :)”

“Mary is an absolute gem with many interesting stories to tell. She and her husband have a large selection of beads (glass, crystal, plastic, wood, shell, metal, pearl, etc), jewelry, antiques, trinkets. If you’re a crafter who likes beads, jewelry, and brooches in particular, definitely give yourself time to go thru everything- they have stacks and stacks upon stacks of jewelry display trays to sift thru. They are also VERY fair with prices. Such a lovely place, and I will always come back.”
