Recently, for my daughter’s 26th birthday, he recreated a lost and cherished necklace that he had originally made 10 years ago for her 16th birthday, which meant so much to her and our family. She was so surprised and thrilled- It was perfect!

But definitely for the better! While always a creative and unique place for home decor, now there is a much stronger focus on our work. Also, it is clear that the owner wants to really exhibit local. I'll give it a shot!”

His price was competitive and beat everyone else. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a certified gemologist, and has many years of experience in the jewelry business. “I visited Monkee’s about a 2 weeks ago in search of a Mother’ Day gift. I live in the neighborhood and took the “path of least resistance” to find a store and pick something for my Mother. I was immediately helped by Madeline, who guided me to the eye glasses section and recommended a stylish pair that would suit my Mom’s style; after giving a brief description of what she typically likes, color schemes, look, etc.
Well, my gift was a hit. And now my Mom visits this store bi-weekly to browse their inventory and talk with the staff.

“I shop here way too much, and I will never stop. I know that I can walk in and find an outfit for any event. Jeans and a tee for a casual day, a beautiful dress for a wedding/event, or a new skirt for church. They carry a wide selection of misses AND plus sizes, which is rare for a boutique. I dance between a size L and an XL so I pull items from both sections, and I am never disappointed. Besides clothing, they carry cute gift items and home décor: candles, puzzles, sunglasses, purses, wooden signs, etc. Plus, TSD is a small, locally owned store, so you can feel good about where you're money is going, and you always know how much they appreciate your business. You can shop in store or online, and now there is a cute little APP! I cannot recommend TSD enough. :)”

She made the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding ring set using some family rings and center stone. It turned out better than I could have imagined, and Ms Patty was wonderful to work with.
