Fantastic store. Unlike a different craft (and fabric) store chain in the area, this store is reasonably neat and well-organized. And if you can’t find something, the employees here are super-friendly and will do their best to help you find what you’re looking for. Also, their hours are fairly late - I was able to save a late-night project by running over there and picking up what I needed.My go-to craft store.

Great place for all crafting projects, especially if you are a Reward Member as you get emails on upcoming sales and coupons. Easy returns also. Only problem for me is the aisles are often to crowded and makes it impossible to use shopping cart without bumping o to displays or to even turn around in a aisle. Customer service is always great.

That store was a slight disappointment. Not marked with prices in several areas. Couldn't find what I really needed so will go elsewhere. This store is not the Michael's I'm used too. It's small but the disarray just made it look run down and dirty. Staff was fine. No complaints there but I will never go back. I will try the one on University from now on. I moved 37 miles outside of Huntsville and have always preferred Michael's to Hobby Lobby. I still do but this one? Not so much. Goodbye Hampton Cove! You close your doors, ai will not miss you.

This has to be one of the worst Michaels I've ever entered. The customer service is basically nonexistent. Twice I've been in ti have something framed. The first time they said no one could help me. So I left and went to Hobby Lobby. The second time I went a guy at the framing counter said no one was available to help me. As I was walking out I believe it may have been a district manager stopped me to ask me if she could help. I said I needed something framed, but the guy at the counter said no one was able to help. She said there absolutely was someone to help. Now I'm trying to call to check on said order and after 4 try's someone finally answered the phone. I explained that I was calling to see if my framing order was ready. She said there was no one that could help me. Not to mention every time I go in there is merchandise sitting cart and boxes everywhere. I worked for Michael's for 5 yrs so I know they can be very busy this of the year, but that's no excuse for poor customer service.

Great . Great prices I wish they had more deals on shirts an long sleeve an maybe more iron on transfers or cheaper price on the transfer paper they have because it's ridiculously high. But Great service store was great many options . An I plan t keep going back . Online shopping is wonderful as well

Worst Michael's I've been into in a long time. Boxes and buggies everywhere. Merchandise piled up and in the way, out of stock or don't carry so many essential things! Very disappointing.

It's a standard Michael's full of craft supplies. Clean facility. Helpful staff. I visit frequently and will return again. One nice thing that they stock are kids activity toys, such as the make a volcano or build a robot sets.

I can't express how incredibly disappointed and frustrated I am with the service I've received from Michael's. I've been trying to have three movie posters framed since August, and what should have been a simple process has turned into a two-month-long ordeal filled with errors and delays.The first sign of trouble was when I received the framed posters after an excruciating wait. To my shock and dismay, the posters were damaged inside the frames. This mistake alone should have been enough to demonstrate the utter lack of care and attention to detail within Michael's.But the problems didn't stop there. Michael's had to reorder the framing materials twice because they somehow managed to measure incorrectly not once, but twice. These delays extended the process significantly, leaving me without my framed posters long after I had initially expected to have them.To make matters worse, it seems that Michael's is struggling to retain staff. This constant turnover was evident during my multiple visits, and it certainly didn't inspire confidence in their ability to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.All in all, my experience with Michael's has been nothing short of a complete and utter disappointment. The inability to measure correctly, damaged merchandise, and staff turnover issues have left me frustrated and regretting ever entrusting them with my business. I will be taking my framing needs elsewhere in the future.

I had a very unnecessary experience tonight at this store with cashier megan(short dark hair). Not only was she extremely rude, she made a simple exchange hard because she was too busy talking to another associate. She didn’t greet or say anything to me when I walked up. I entered my phone number for the rewards and for some reason it didn’t take it but she didn’t inform me. She didn’t thank me or say anything when I left. I noticed my rewards wasn’t on my receipt on the way to the car, so I came back in. She wanted me to pay for everything again and kept going back and forth with me that she couldn’t do it any other way. A manager just so happened to walk by and when I explained that I just simply wanted to add my rewards and a gift card would be fine since I’m literally repurchasing the items. She did the return with no problem. All megan had to do was simply call a manager if it was beyond her level instead of making it seem like I asked for something ridiculous. This isn’t her first time being rude and I definitely emailed corporate this time.

I have bought items from this store before. This store carries a better selection of everyday crafting items, at a reasonable price. I also want to create my own Halloween costume by wearing a shirt from Michael’s customized with iron-on letters that will say: “Super-Lance Phenoms!” Like, the word phenomenal. I want to look like an athlete. Thanks!

I don't think I have ever been to Michael's and seen a single employee to ask for assistance on anything, and that damn rolling ladder is always in the middle of an aisle making it difficult to navigate, especially if you're disabled. There's no way a wheelchair or rollator could make it all the way around that store. I prefer the one in Madison.
