I went in expecting them to tell me it’ll be next week till it’s ready to look at and to my surprise, Zion told me in a couple of hours! Then he called 20 minutes later saying he thinks he got it matched on his first try. I went back and sure enough, it was a great match! “I needed paint to paint over a repair in my dining room. They keep notebooks with paint color sample and formula for you to go back and request that paint again. They give you very individualized help so at certain times of the day they might be helping a customer problem solve for paint, wallpaper or flooring, which would cause a wait.”
“I came into Sherwin Williams to purchase paint after a long and tiring day. I was a bit put off by the service I initially received (the clerk was very short with me from the moment I approached the register), but I am writing this review to personally thank and recognize Allan for his kindness.
Allan chose to go the extra mile for no other reason than simply choosing to show up with kindness. I realized (after purchase) that the paint I bought wouldn't be the most suitable choice for a bathroom. Thankfully, SW sells an additive that offers protection against mildew, which Allan recommended. At the register, Allan mentioned mixing the additive into the paint for me to which the previous clerk replied that I can do it at home myself.
Allan not only mixed the additive for me, but he offered to bring the cans to my car. At no point did Allan make me feel like I was a burden or an inconvenience by simply being there as a patron.

“I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Scott, he had excellent suggestions on what paint I needed to use to paint a concrete balcony that already had spray paint on it and it covered it beautifully!!! Highly recommend service was amazing very friendly staff made me feel extremely comfortable even though I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for!!! Worth the drive just for the hospitality of the staff!!”
