I use Pet Smart's grooming service for my Lucy girl. She is a golden doodle and after her spa day she comes home looking beautiful. Highly recommend!!

The store was clean. I found the food that I was looking for, for my son's cat. I also found several new toys for her. There's a nice selection of cat toys.

Just took my dog in for a simple nail trim. She is Bleeding like crazy! The girl cut her and the back of our truck looks like a bloody war zone! Never again!
Update: manager was compassionate when we called to complain. They refunded our $ and let us see their vet without charge. Bad nail cut with lots of blood and pain meds prescribed but they owned it and let us get the needed care. Still feel bad for my 13 year old lab. Mistakes happe, but she is so old and we feel awful!

Truckers stay on Carl T Jones Rd until you get to a Walgreens on your right. T/R on 4 mile post rd next
T/R in to shopping center. Pets mart dock area will be on your left. Walk up ramp and ring bell. Plenty of room to back in. Don’t come early they don’t open dock doors until 7am. It’s a Waffle House in walking distance if you want to eat.

This place is not accommodating at all. The first time I tried to get my puppy first hair cut, they rescheduled me which is fine. I called on the appointment day because usually they send out a reminder or email saying that he has an appointment at whatever time . I told them they didn’t call or anything. They said his appointment time was 10 minutes ago and I asked okay can I still bring him ? They responded no. They keep them for 3-4 hours I’m not understanding why he still couldn’t come but it’s fine I’ve found somewhere else.

Hey, so I had a bit of a frustrating experience at that store I usually go to. Two of the employees couldn't help me with a simple thing I needed, and the manager guy was super rude about it. He totally refused to listen and help me out. It was like he thought I was asking for something crazy just because I wanted to exchange an item I bought online that turned out to be wrong. But then this awesome employee named Ms. Cindy came to the rescue! She's like the star of that store or something, and she kindly did what the manager guy couldn't be bothered to do.

I scheduled a grooming appointment for July 16 at 8:30 in the morning with a lady named Lisa through the pet smart app for my golden doodle. I drove 40 minutes to come in and hear Lisa say “NO NO NO, HE IS TOO BIG” “IM NOT GROOMING HIM” in a rude manner. Which could have been an honest mistake on both our ends and I was understanding. I didn’t argue because MISTAKES HAPPEN the part that upset me was the attitude Lisa gave towards me and my dog. I honestly tried to laugh it off and just take it as a joke but the more she talked the more I felt uncomfortable. She couldn’t explain herself to me that she didn’t groom bigger dogs. Maybe she just wasn’t in the best mood that morning ,I don’t know. The other staff there did try to accommodate for the mistake and explained to me that lisa doesn’t groom a dog the size of mine (50lbs) and went out of their way to offer me a discount and even tried to fit me in that same day but it just wasn’t possible due to their schedule and I was okay with that. The rest of the staff were sweet and tried their best which is all I can ask for. I just feel like LISA could work on her customer service skills, her manners, her approach to people, her approach to mistakes.
