“Brandon Mcelyea (District Team Lead) was extremely helpful. We are renting 6 units for a local non profit for use during the holidays. Brandon promptly responded to our phone call and met three of us at the property for a tour. He then allowed us to "save" these units for a time until our group could meet and discuss. Later, upon renting the 6 units, Brandon helped us download the app and taught us how to use it. (This training was given to older adults who are not necessarily tech savvy so an extra patient effort on his part. He made sure we had his contact information in case we experience problems in the future.) The property was spotlessly clean and seems particularly secure. We are very happy with our choice.”

From moving multiple heavy items (multiple times within the same move, due to our picky demands - and without complaining!) to thanking us for everything, they were so patient and kind and professional. They were extremely cool about the previous movers (from another company) doing such a horrible job and helped us resolve some issues and kept us calm under much stress. It’s such a hard thing moving twice in one year due to family health problems so I’m glad we could use This Side Up again!!”
