My mom recently passed and trying to just explain what I needed without constantly breaking down, she was so incredibly patient and helpful explaining everything we needed to do to get the units set up and ready for our arrivals with u-hauls while we're taking care of emptying the house has been a Godsend, especially because we live in Alabama but the house is in TN. I hope management knows and appreciates what a wonderful and valuable employee you have! She has fantastic customer service and people skills!!”

“Had 3 storage units here for 2 years while moving and remodeling a home. Just closed two of them with the third to follow shortly. Had absolutely no issues there while renting. Being able to talk to a live employee via video in the lobby was wonderful. Clean rooms and electronic doors were so much better than combo locks. Would use them again and highly recommend. When we closed our two units Eli on the video in lobby helped my daughter and I check out. We are not very savvy using our cell phones and he was very patient and helpful and had a great sense of humor too. Great place...highly recommend.”
“Well…here goes…. We were Public Storage (PS) customers when we lived in FL and have rented hundreds of units from them over the past 20 years depending on our business needs. This makes us pretty knowledgeable of the rental process and also what to expect from a PS employee and what PS expects out of their employees. We needed a rental unit and landed on one in Madison, AL on Westchester Dr. We pulled onto the facility property and noticed right away that this was a recent acquisition due to it not being their signature orange. But no matter to us. This is where we met Anthony Kidd who was the employee on duty this particular morning. Let me tell you folks, and Public Storage if you’re listening, this gentleman was FANTASTIC! Hard to believe that he was a recent hire and had only been on the job a few weeks. He was so knowledgeable, thorough, polite and extremely kind. The rental process was fast and efficient. The facility is well maintained and the rental prices were quite reasonable. It takes a lot to impress me and Anthony certainly did! Kudos to whoever hired this fella! If you’re ever in need of a rental unit in Madison please consider this facility…you won’t be disappointed, I promise!”
“Hired them to move all the large furniture within my home, the crew present were not only efficient but handled everything with care! I know furniture movers aren't known for that and I was very impressed! Overall I was very happy with the service and it ended up being less than quoted and less than the time expected. I hope I don't move any time soon but if I do I will be using this company again!”
“David spent his valuable family time. He was willing to wait for to us to inspect a unit for rental. He had other plans but made us feel like number one. We had another storage unit arranged for cheaper $$$ but they were never at the storage facility to help us. I take that back, they were there one time after six attempts. They wanted us to call to rent the unit. If I had issues with the unit, how do they plan to handle it…. My guess is to ignore it hoping it would go away. David was always there”

“We have been renting our unit since 2013. The owner is very friendly! Our unit is climate controlled. There are no leaks, odors, and in all of the years we’ve rented, we have never seen any signs of pest (ants, spiders, roaches, mice, etc…). All common areas are also kept clean. It’s nice to know our stateside belongings are safe and well taken care of!”

The facilities were clean, safe & well-lit at all times and the indoor climate controlled units were kept at a consistent temperature. My movers - Luis and his crew were absolutely amazing for our move - both packing and unpacking. They were very efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable! They took several boxes away during unpacking for me and moved the furniture to exactly where I wanted it.
