“Excellent experience for the last few months. I am so glad I found them! Haley at the front desk has been absolutely PHENOMENAL!! My mom recently passed and trying to just explain what I needed without constantly breaking down, she was so incredibly patient and helpful explaining everything we needed to do to get the units set up and ready for our arrivals with u-hauls while we're taking care of emptying the house has been a Godsend, especially because we live in Alabama but the house is in TN. I hope management knows and appreciates what a wonderful and valuable employee you have! She has fantastic customer service and people skills!!”

“Hired them to move all the large furniture within my home, the crew present were not only efficient but handled everything with care! I know furniture movers aren't known for that and I was very impressed! Overall I was very happy with the service and it ended up being less than quoted and less than the time expected. “Had 3 storage units here for 2 years while moving and remodeling a home. Just closed two of them with the third to follow shortly. Had absolutely no issues there while renting. Being able to talk to a live employee via video in the lobby was wonderful. Clean rooms and electronic doors were so much better than combo locks. Would use them again and highly recommend. When we closed our two units Eli on the video in lobby helped my daughter and I check out. We are not very savvy using our cell phones and he was very patient and helpful and had a great sense of humor too. Great place...highly recommend.”

My movers - Luis and his crew were absolutely amazing for our move - both packing and unpacking. They were very efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable! They took several boxes away during unpacking for me and moved the furniture to exactly where I wanted it.

“We have been renting our unit since 2013. The owner is very friendly! Our unit is climate controlled. There are no leaks, odors, and in all of the years we’ve rented, we have never seen any signs of pest (ants, spiders, roaches, mice, etc…). All common areas are also kept clean. It’s nice to know our stateside belongings are safe and well taken care of!”
