“I usually love it here, but there is a recent issue that needs to be corrected. There are now obstinate salesmen in the store who are not even selling Bass Pro Shop products. In my case, I ran into a hotel vacation salesman, and he would not stop talking and let me continue shopping, even though I politely told him I am not interested multiple times. This kind of behavior not only makes me not want to buy the product but makes me less likely to shop at Bass Pro in general. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful and the store has an excellent stock.”

“I would like to let everyone know that this store is awesome. I was in a panic trying to find my youngest grandson a specific AL Jersey in small. I did so many searches on the internet and Alumni Hall in Huntsville, AL came up that they had one so, when I went to check out it was no longer available. I sent a message to the store an Allie returned my message with a phone number to call so, I called and they had the Jersey that I was looking for and put it in the mail yesterday and I received it today. It was beyond my expectations. I would like to recognize Allie, Andee and Kyerra - all three of these ladies have the best customer service skills ever.Please visit their store or website and be sure to make your sports purchase, I promise you will not regret it.”
“Came in as an absolute amateur who has only played with house bowling balls who didn't know what they needed. Left with a ball that fits me and how I've bowled to a T with shoes, a bag, and a wrist brace that will help me with wrist fatigue. Absolutely phenomenal knowledgeable service. I wish I could give credit where credit is due but I have unfortunately managed to forget the guy with the nice watches who assisted me.”

“My daughter and I went to Foot Locker in Huntsville on 7/29/25 to look for some school shoes. The customer service that we received was great! Despite them being busy when we first walked in, we were still greeted by the staff. The young man that assisted my daughter in bringing out the sizes was also really good and attentive. For him to have had quite a few customers, our wait time for him to get the shoes from the back wasn’t bad either. We only had to wait roughly 5 minutes. The girls at the cash register were also nice and courteous. I highly recommend this location and will be shopping with them more often! Thank you guys for the great shopping experience!”

“Switched to Lee's for local high school spirit wear needs. The service was excellent. You do need to call and schedule a time to go in to meet with someone and go over the products you want to have available. They will setup an online store for you which is such a stress reliever. Any requested changes in relation to the artwork were made very quickly. Finished products were bagged and labeled according to online orders and boxed for easy pickup. BEST and EASIEST I've ever experienced. Products look great! Definitely recommend!”
“I've been to this store countless of times and never had a bad experience. But today's experience was so great and timely that I made a promise to write a review when I got back. Erica was extremely helpful with our purchases today. We were greeted by her with a smile when we entered the store, and she politely told us if we needed any help to let her know. Sure enough, we needed her help! I was looking to purchase a special Nike sweatshirt, and the website indicated my size was available in-store. However, we did not see them on the rack. Luckily, she was still stocking in the area and told us she would check the back inventory. Thankfully she was able to find one and emerged from the back with the same smile and the sweatshirt! It may seem small, but it's just the little things that goes a long way. Dick's, you have an incredible employee!”

She is an incredible human. She went above and beyond to help us find something we were looking for and while she was helping us she got someone from her team to help another customer that was looking for something instead of pointing to where it was.
