Great variety in the workouts while keeping similar muscle groups targeted on the same day each week so strength gains can be tracked. The trainers are all knowledgeable and keep my form in check without being condescending about it. They know what each individual is capable of and push you to be your best self.

I love my gym! Sweat Local focuses mainly on weight lifting with a little cardio here and there. The programming is done for you, you just show up and lift! The coaches are warm and friendly. They also will help you and correct your form so you don’t get hurt. All levels are welcome, it’s a great environment!
