I have been coming to Sweat since they opened. This is the most unique gym I have ever been a member of. I don’t even consider it a membership, it’s truly a community of like minded people who want to live well. The coaches genuinely care about everyone’s ones health, wellbeing and safety. Their classes are tailored for beginners to experts so there is a place for everyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. I love this place, everyone who coaches and all my friends I’ve met in class along the way.

The trainers, environment and workouts at Sweat Local are beyond 5?. Jeidi has built an environment of never ending growth where not only does she push you to do more/better, but she reels you back in if form is compromised and need to deload. She prioritizes receiving and responding (BIG DEAL) to feedback and offers several different styles of class packs/memberships for each person to progress toward their own goals. This gym has kept me more consistent with my workouts because of their programs, their equipment, and their attitude to health. Who wouldn’t want to be #HotHealthyHappy? In fact, I moved away for about a year—continued to do Garage Gains (online program) and moved back to the area picking up where I started in class on Day 1 of return.

Sweatlocal is hands down the best gym. You walk in everything is programed for you and you workout for 45 minutes and your done. It takes the thinking out of working out. I have been here two and half years and won’t be going anywhere else.

I had never lifted one weight before joining sweatlocal in August of last year I’m so glad to be a part of it now. It is the most welcoming, fun, and inspiring place to work out. If you are needing more structure than what a big box gym can offer, this is 100% the place for you. Jeidi and her amazing staff of trainers go above and beyond during every class to be sure every single person is getting the most out of their workout. Everyone is knowledgeable and so encouraging. As someone still very new to weight training and on a weight loss journey, I personally love being given exercise modifications to insure I am getting as much as I can out of the movements while remaining safe. I have had experiences at other gyms that left me uncomfortable, and it took a long time for me to even consider trying it again. Sweatlocal has truly given me a place to belong. If you are considering trying something new in your fitness life, this is the place to be!

SWEAT has THE best trainers, a variety of programs to fit anyones needs (from just starting out to super experienced), amazing communication (in and out of the gym), great equipment AND the work outs change so there is no complacency. I have seen amazing progress in my strength, knowledge & general enjoyment in my workouts. It’s like my home away from home. 10/10 recommend!

Laid out plan each month. Highly trained coach to work on your form so that you can safely work out. Boutique style gym with small classes, so it feels like you have your own personal trainer. Just show up and work! Everyone is super encouraging and the atmosphere is stellar! It is my home away from home.

I love Sweat Local! The coaches are motivating, the workouts are always changing, and the environment is very positive. Jeidi is encouraging in and out of the studio. She and all the coaches freely discuss nutrition and how to overcome challenges. I highly recommend Sweat Local!

Sweatlocal is the BEST gym! All of the coaches are so supportive and make sure you are comfortable with each exercise. It has quickly become a favorite part of my day, and I love the welcoming atmosphere that Jeidi has created here!

Words literally cannot describe how incredible this gym is. I have gotten so much stronger, learned how to fuel my body properly, and continue to get amazing workouts every day from being a member here. The in studio classes are always a great workout and so much fun. The Diet Rebellion program will actually change your life though. You will learn how to lose weight in a sustainable and not at all miserable way. It's incredible. I could not more highly recommend Sweatlocal. It is the best.

I'd like to encourage anyone thinking of joining to give it a try, or better yet, make a commitment and sign up. SweatLocal was recommended to me by someone who had tried many gyms in Huntsville. I started off with no gym/lifting experience. I feel comfortable working out here (mostly women of all different ability levels). The systems put in place help hold you accountable and provide learning supports. After 2 kids and getting older I wanted to get my body stronger and healthier, and SweatLocal has helped me achieve that. I've participated in different "challenges," and each time I've walked away not just learning, but internalizing and incorporating, new healthier habits.

Sweat local is awesome and I love the ease of just showing up to workout. They set it up and figure it all it for you. You just show up and do the work! All the coaches help you with form and give you direction. It’s a great place with great energy! Love it!!

Sweatlocal has always been my favorite go to “I wanna get back in shape and feel amazing place!” Don’t let it intimidate you! All the people are so nice! There’s def room to modify and make your workout fit YOU the best way possible! Give it a try! You will not regret it!

The Best Gym! All the Trainers are amazing and want to see you succeed. They put a focus on form not just slinging weight. Whatever your reasoning for being there, they will help you achieve it! When I was pregnant, they helped cater my workouts so both my baby and I were safe.

Sweatlocal is hands down the best way to start my mornings. I’ve been a member there for four months and feel so much stronger, enjoy my gym time and can literally see definition in my arms, abs, legs and shoulders. I grew up in sports but never really focused on lifting weights. 100% I felt intimidated when I started - anyone would… but not once was I left to figure something out on my own or did I feel “out of place” because I had questions. I could go on and on and on about the trainers and the programming. I love everything about this “gem” of a gym. It truly has been a huge part of my 2021 success in fat loss and physique changes. I can’t wait to see the results after a full year with Sweatlocal!!

SweatLocal is the absolute best! I despised cardio due to an injured knee in the past and love lifting weights so to be able to find a gym that offers not only an outstanding community of like minded hot happy individuals but also burn 400+ calories each HIIT workout was such a game changer for me. Jeidi and her trainers go above and beyond for each person that walks through their doors. I highly recommend!
