“I'm a DIY guy, I rarely take vehicles to the shop, and therefore, I don't take the time to leave narrative reviews often. Trey Bowen and his team have earned it.
2003 Mercury started missing hard. I went through the diagnostics until I reached the end of my knowledge. After dropping the car off with Trey, he called me by lunch with the fault isolated. Bad PCM.
As it turns out, the specific MPC for the PCM in my vehicle (VIN specific) is obsolete and VERY difficult to find. It took more time than anticipated, but Trey found one, and did the job right. He was transparent the entire time. As a mechanic myself, I know they lost money on labor with the unanticipated effort on this one.
The integrity, transparency, and technical professionalism to do it right versus trying to bandage it and get it out the door to make a buck is exceptionally notable in my book, and seemingly rare these days. I'd give them a 6th star if I could. I cannot speak highly enough.
I certainly recommend this team and will return myself, when needed. Bravo.”

I was recommended to go here from a source and they didn’t let me down! Jimmy went all the way to Tennessee to get a low mileage engine for me and since they replaced it I haven’t had problems out of it in almost a year! I have gone back for new breaks and rotors and transmission fluid change. My 06 drives like new!”
