“I was at Madison county high school, I called @ 2:46pm they told me a hour before maybe a hour and a half before arrival, @ 3:22pm they showed up, and I was on the road in less than 15 min with the blown tire on my inside dual, I left and was on the road in less than a hour from my call. I have never had customer service better than that in any form of customer service, much less roadside semi truck tire repair. Mind you he had a 22 min drive with no traffic. They knocked it out of the park.”

“They have always been honest, trustworthy and reliable! I took my 06 Altima to a different shop to get a new transmission and they forgot to put oil in it so my engine blew. I was recommended to go here from a source and they didn’t let me down! Jimmy went all the way to Tennessee to get a low mileage engine for me and since they replaced it I haven’t had problems out of it in almost a year! I have gone back for new breaks and rotors and transmission fluid change. My 06 drives like new!”

“This Tire store is for business accounts only. It's set off of the road on Jordan. It can be difficult to find the entrance without a map. Everyone is super nice. I only gave it 4 stars instead of five because it took well over a week to get my account set up. I had to call pretty much daily. I was given to understand that the person that does it was taking care of an ill family member, which I completely sympathize with. However, they should have at least one person cross trained for just this type of situation. Other than that the people were great and easy to work with.”
