The wait time was super reasonable for a busy Saturday. I visited around 1-2pm and was surprised that they could do it same-day. “Absolutely amazing, they’ve fixed my car twice now and within reasonable time too! I’ve had hit an object in the road after it flew off someone’s truck and it cracked my oil pan and caused my spark plugs to go out. I was sure it was gonna be a hefty fine but they didn’t lie about any extra services or try to upsell me. And they got it fixed within a day and a half! Every other shop has taken at least 1-2 weeks for any other major car issues I’ve had.”

“Service is great but waiting area is very uncomfortable. Chairs need replaced. No soda machine, no coffee, no snack vending machine. I realize its a tire store but at least brighten up and make seating comfortable. Thanks”

“The service at Pepboys (Madison, AL) was amazing. Chris helped me out tremendously by getting my tire replaced the same day, and at a reasonable price, which I greatly appreciated. At other locations I have had to wait a day or longer for parts to be ordered. He was available for my appointment and timely with updates on the car. I have been to this location many times, but today's service was quick, efficient, and worked well with my busy schedule today.
