“Very happy with the experience I had on my last visit. I didn't have an appointment for a rotation and balance but they were able to fit me in and had the job done faster than what I expected and after the official closing store hours.”
“Excellent service. The staff was professional, courteous and emphatic with my situation. Highly recommend Tire Discounters in Madison, AL for all your auto repairs. Thank you.”

“Absolutely amazing, they’ve fixed my car twice now and within reasonable time too! I’ve had hit an object in the road after it flew off someone’s truck and it cracked my oil pan and caused my spark plugs to go out. I was sure it was gonna be a hefty fine but they didn’t lie about any extra services or try to upsell me. And they got it fixed within a day and a half! Every other shop has taken at least 1-2 weeks for any other major car issues I’ve had.”
“Was helped very quickly at the front desk. Came in for a vehicle inspection and had my vehicle taken back right away. The facility is also very clean and organized. Employees are extremely helpful and will definitely be coming back.”

“Great Service. Free tire rotation since I bought the tires there. They didn't try to up-sell anything to me. Waiting area is clean, and the service folks were nice and professional.”

“Looks like a shop right off of the Central American Highway! Truly should be a 10 Star plus location! This place is all go and no show. Got a tire examined and repaired for $25.00! In and out in less than 20 mins. That is a steal considering everyone else wanted to sell me a new tire. Thank you for being a down to earth no nonsense lets screw the customer over shop! All my tire work will be coming your way. No I am not employed, affiliated or have received compensation for this review. Thank you. Best. CMF sends...”
“Service is great but waiting area is very uncomfortable. Chairs need replaced. No soda machine, no coffee, no snack vending machine. I realize its a tire store but at least brighten up and make seating comfortable. Thanks”
“Len, Ricardo, Alan & the whole team at this Firestone are top notch. They have taken care of all of my vehicles for years now. I'd recommend them anyday!”

“The service at Pepboys (Madison, AL) was amazing. Chris helped me out tremendously by getting my tire replaced the same day, and at a reasonable price, which I greatly appreciated. At other locations I have had to wait a day or longer for parts to be ordered. He was available for my appointment and timely with updates on the car. I have been to this location many times, but today's service was quick, efficient, and worked well with my busy schedule today.
Thank again, Chris. 😊”

“I needed my tire patched due to picking up a screw, late in the afternoon. Mavis was able to get me in before they closed. My wait time was only about 10-15 minutes. I will definitely use them, again.”
