Trailhead is an awesome bike shop in Huntsville, widely considered the best. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. They are known for having a good selection of bikes at varying price ranges, including a handful of sick bikes, along with great biking supplies and random parts. The shop itself has a cool ambiance and looks great. They provide wonderful service, from repairs and suspension work to offering free small items like handlebar endcaps. The team makes life easier by offering appointments and going above and beyond, such as saving old bike boxes for customers or helping someone get home safe with quick adjustments. Customers highly recommend Trailhead for their awesome experience, noting all are fine people and even a nice dog is sometimes present.
Stopped by looking for a mount to fit an old light. The gentleman who helped me was super helpful and even offered some fabrication insight to match up the light and mount. I’ve never bought a bike there so the time spent was very welcome!
