My Packages said that they were delivered and signed for and I still haven’t received my merchandise, you can’t reach anyone over the phone and the workers are rude don’t mark anything as delivered and it wasn’t delivered or received

Was supposed to receive two packages yesterday at 8:02pm and the delivery driver drove right by my apartment and mailbox and can’t even get a hold of no one when you call the number they have on here I’m very pissed off !!!!

The worst Post Office ever. if you have something very important to do or is on your lunch break do not bother coming here. They literally only have one Post Office member working at the front desk when they know that they need two people working at least to have two lines the lines are always wrapped around the corner. The lady working at the desk moves like a slot she doesn’t look like she’s ready to work or ready to go to work. She looks as if she hates her job.

Hey! Don't have a package drop off if you're not gonna scan the packages that get dropped. I don't understand why huntsville has 3 post office locations and they're all actually steamed garbage. The carriers are lovely people. The post office can't do anything but forget to charge they're 400 dollar scan gun conveniently everytime I go make a drop off. It's embarrassing. Ship nothing but letters with the local post offices in town.

Having packages shipped to me, it will ride around in a truck for multiple days and then I will be notified it needs to be picked up at the Post Office, with a delivery attempt never being made. We have even been given the wrong post office as the pick up location.

Made a passport appointment over a month ago. Came in and they said the passport services are closed, and the lady closed up for the day. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like she does this often without notifying people. Incredibly unprofessional. Just head over to Madison County Service Center and do it.

Constantly missing and/or misdelivered packages. It has been a massive problem for the entire neighborhood, but there seems to be no means of resolution. Lots of responses from the management that they will work on it. And it won't happen again. But it has been an ongoing issue for a year and nothing changes.

Had so many issues with this USPS location. I avoid it at all cost & switched all my business shippings to UPS, but I drove here today to ship a return order after verifying they were open. Website clearly states 10-2…arrive and no one is there-the window gate is shut . My time in my car was 12:48–clearly within the window. Did someone just decide they didn’t want work today? The post master should be ashamed to manage a location like this one. It’s always one thing after another.

Worse services ever. 1st of all they don't have any handicap access through the doors. We were 5 mins delayed for walk ins and there were no customers infront of us and she didn't accept seeing us. We had a disabled customer, this was a month ago. Then we booked an appointment online for 12:15. We came early around 9:45am since we had another appointment at the hospital for surgery. She was extremely and unacceptably rude. We sat for more than 2 hours. she preferred walk ins over appointment for us, although she was taking appointment ppl 1st over walk ins. Very insensitive attitude towards a disabled person!!!

I booked an appointment to get a passport for Friday 06/27, and when I got there the sign said the office was closed. I asked the gentleman working the counter if he knew when anyone would be in, and he said they don't do appointments on Fridays. There were no emails, nor phone calls sent out informing me about this. Bad communication on their part.

Your mileage will vary with this location. From being understaffed nearly at all times in the day, to the location needing major repairs and bringing its look up to something modern. There are constant run outs from priority stickers, pens, stamps, boxes, etc. The location could stand to use some touch ups from their mailing boxes, package drop off tools, to the signs in the store either missing completely or just being broken.
Back to the staffing, in the time I have been going I think there have only been 2 employees that have gone above and beyond in trying to locate packages and help with issues. The rest either act as if they do not have the time to listen to what the issue is and why you are there (example: package says it was dropped off, which is impossible as there is also a sign on the mail box stating how it is broken and that ALL packages are being sent back and to pick up at the post office, you arrive and they tell you it should be in the mail box and they have noting, and when you try to explain why you are there the look of I just do not care in their eyes tells you all you need to know to them looking up the exact same tracking information you show them either printed our by phone only to look it up again and get the same answer.
I know funding is an issue usually with the post office currently but it can be so behind and outdated with how they still handle mail it amazes me more things do not go missing on a daily bases.

The office located on Wynn drive in Huntsville al needs to fire the tall white guy that works the counter. Always rude! Walked away because he got mad. I have been in there 3 times in the last 2 weeks looking for help and every time rude, bad attitude! At least the other lady tried her best to help me. Then you can't even speak to a supervisor!
