They're too lazy to deliver packages, so they lie and enter it in their system that the customer requested their package be held for pickup at the post office.

The employee, Emma was nice. However, It has been about a month and I have not gotten one piece of mail. I changed my address June 12th from GA to AL. I have no clue where my mail is. Smh.
