I've had 2 packages marked as delivered the past 2 days that simply aren't here. This isn't the first time this has happened. They mark the package as delivered but they don't actually deliver until days after they've marked it as delivered. Why lie?

Ordered over 200 dollars worth of glasses online, was set to receive them on 8/1/2025 by 8:10 P.M.. According to the tracking number that was provided at purchase, my package was “received by an agent”, on 8/1/2025 at 8:40 P.M.. Let me be clear, THE PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY HOME BECAUSE THE ONLY AUTHORIZED AGENT TO RECEIVE MY MAIL IS MY WIFE! Needless to say they will be receiving a visit from me on Monday when they open.

By far the WORST post office. I never get my packages on time. Huntsville in general isn’t good for anything now but usps is by far the worst. Makes me think I can’t even order online anymore.

i never had issues with mail besides maybe being late but lately, i feel like people are stealing mail. there was more than one time i’ve gotten mail with the little rips in them, like they were trying to peak inside and today i open my mailbox and an envelope i was expecting was opened on both sides and just the envelope was left in the mailbox — i don’t know who did it but they need to start firing people if they’re stealing mail

They don't answer the phone whenever I call with an issue. They delivered a package to my house that has an entirely different street. They mistook Skyline with Scenic. If they're going to be delivering mail, they need to know how to read first. I can't get them to answer their phone them to let them know.

This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with and they lie about attempting to deliver your packages. First attempt they said they were not able to get to the driveway, USPS never came. 2nd they said my mailbox was full that’s a lie it was empty when I check. I think they are lazy and don’t feel like doing their jobs. My packages are always late with these lame lies.

I called and talked to a lady and she was really rude this post office lost my W-2 I'm having to get the IRS AND MY LAWYER INVOLVED IN THIS so my lawyer is wanting me to to press charges because anyone can get my identity
