“Old school hardware store with knowledgeable staff!! Replacement cartridge for an old Delta faucet? No problem, and I didn’t have to search through an entire bay of stuff (they were behind the counter). They also helped me replace missing “oddball” hardware for assembling a baby crib. “I went to the Harbor Freight Tools in Pelham, AL. to buy a few special tools to change the plugs and the brakes on my Prius. The minute I walked into the store an employee greeted me and stated if I needed any help all I had to do was ask. Well there was one tool I couldn't find so I asked and the employee walked directly to it. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.”
