Yesterday, July 31st, after completing my shopping at Walmart on Lakeshore, my 2018 Land Rover would not start. Assuming it was the battery, my husband arrived and attempted to jump-start the vehicle without success. I immediately called my salesman, Stephen Kennedy, because He has always provided valuable advice and instructions for my vehicle. However, he informed me that he was no longer employed with Range Rover of Birmingham. He listened to my dilemma anyway and advised my husband to contact the service department. I was really reluctant to do so because my experience has been absolutely horrible with this dealership. I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes by the service department. After calling again and explaining that my vehicle would not start. I was told that the earliest service date they had available was August 27. I could not believe that I would be forced to be without my vehicle that long. My vehicle is still under warranty, and this is totally unacceptable. I really hate that Stephen is no longer there because he always spoke up for me when I was ignored and treated poorly by the service department. I currently own my third Range Rover purchased at this dealership, and the last 2 years of service have been horrible. This is just the latest incident. I have many other stories, but I am really fed up with the poor customer service at this dealership.

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Land Rover Birmingham and it was another great buying experience. The staff is exceptional and provided top-notch service. The General Manager, in particular, was amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make everything happen. I can't say enough great things about Land Rover Birmingham. Thank you for making the car buying experience such a positive one.

I purchased a RangeRover from the Range Rover dealership in Birmingham,Ala. certified. This vehicle radio, stop working, hood, woukd close, so you couldnt lock the vehicle,snd one of the keys didnt work. This probably yhe 3rd vehicke I purchased from them. This vehicle is just terrible and i sooke with the General manager Willie about my displeasure with this vehicle. After I took it to them to fix it I get home Radio not working. They sold me a complete lemon that they say was certified, and ih by the way I purchased an extended warranty. This is bad buisness, theydont stand behind their product.

First the positive: The product is great. I love my Range Rover. Jason and Lillie are wonderful staff members. However, I hit a deer in October and did not receive my vehicle back until late May due to parts being backordered. It was a lease, and Land Rover would not work with me in any matter-such as providing a vehicle, halting my lease temporarily. It was like paying rent on an apartment that I couldn't live in. I will NEVER buy/lease another Land Rover vehicle after this fiasco.

The coolant light came on in my sport and would not stop. The service department made it clear to get my car into the shop immediately. I brought my car into the service department at closing...then with all the bad weather we had that week...a tree fell on both my kids cars totaling one and damaging the other. I Called and explained to the service department that I need my car back and the guys stepped it up to get me my sport back! Thanks Land Rover of Birmingham for always being kind and helping me!!!
