“I had a very pleasant experience, fast service, and fair pricing! They give you a break down of everything that is wrong with your car & group it to what needs immediate attention & what can wait. I really like that the mechanics take pictures of your car so you can see what is wrong when they find another problem that you did not know about/originally address. I definitely will be back. Ashley is really really really great & very sweet. They fixed my Audi when I had no idea what was going on with it, but they investigated into my concerns about my truck & found the source of the problem. Anyone that has a European car should come here. They don’t charge an arm and 2 legs like some places do. I will definitely be coming back ??????”

“Went to get my serpentine belt, belt tensioner and idler pulleys change yesterday. One of my pulleys was bad and i believe my tensioner as well alot of movement in the belt and noise. Service was fast, good price and I always have good experiences going to durrell Tire and Auto really good people there. I started my car up this morning sounded so good being quiet.”

“Great work, great price! Took my car in on Monday for new rotors, brakes and tires. Serviced the engine and had it back by Wednesday morning. (I was on vacation so time wasn’t a problem.) They called and kept me updated throughout, they were very professional and courteous. I have been to several places with different vehicles over the past few years and something always goes wrong. It is comforting to finally have somewhere to go that offers peace of mind.”

“They went above what they needed to do. I took my car for a master cylinder recall. They replaced the booster and master cylinder. There was a recall on the blower motor for the air conditioner. They replaced that too. I had it replaced s year and a half ago. It's restored my confidence in Ford. This dealership changed ownership last year and it changed for the better.”
“Today I went there to get two tire changed. What happened is , my appointment was at 8 AM but I went there at seven 7 AM As I has HVaC guy coming early at my home, thinking they would not be busy and by luck They were not busy at all but the guy Kenneth was the person who was taking care of service, took one and a half hours. I couldn’t reach home in time. The guys has time to smoke but no enough time to complete job in time.”

“During my recent oil change for my Subaru Forester, some mistakes were made that required me to visit a Subaru dealership for corrective service, which resulted in a $700 bill. Fortunately, both Robert, the Auto Care manager, and the service manager promptly helped me report the issue at the front desk and took care of the payment.
Everyone makes mistakes — what matters is how they are handled afterward. While I probably won’t return here for future oil changes, I will continue shopping at Walmart. I truly appreciate the professionalism and accountability shown by the Walmart staff throughout this process, and I hope additional training can help prevent similar issues from happening again.”
