After being with then for few years I end up closing all my accounts here and went to PNC they for sure know how to do business and know how to take care of people.

The branch at this location 1644 Montclair Rd, Birmingham, AL 35210 is the rudest staff ever! I have been banking here for years this branch has me wanting to close my account for being so rude! They can leave their stank attitude at home because I don't want it touching my money!!!

This is a great Wells Fargo location. Sometimes I feel like a broken record for some of these reviews. But the most convenient thing about this is the location. But it does reach beyond geography this time. First of all, they have two ATMs. With one being a walk-up, you can surpass the extra lazy people willing to wait in a line in their car. Don't get me wrong, if the drive-up is open, I'm all over that! But if there are 3 cars lined up and only one person waiting at the walk-up I win by two car lengths! With so much banking able to be done on mobile and computer, I rarely have to visit here for anything other than cash. But I have gone one time through the drive-thru with my hyperactive puppy and they were generous enough to send her with some dog treats. And if you are nice to my puppy, you get 5 stars in the customer service department. I have also had one occasion to go inside in order to close one of our accounts we had with them. None of the "desk people" were available. But one of the tellers was kind enough to ask what I was there for and went ahead and got what we could started in the process. That made it so when we were able to sit down with someone, it was as seamless as possible. Great experiences all around!

Absolute hate this bank!! They take too long you have to show 2 forms of ID no matter how many times the same person waits on you. Finally left this bank and went back to my old bank.
