βLove this store, they might not always have certain things but my go to are always stocked.. brake grease, sandpaper, paint and most basic household project materials are consistent..β

βPrices are very very very very low. You canβt beat their prices. They need to open one in Gulfport, MS. They have a wide selection of stuff including clothes, pantry snacks, toys, home goods, shoes, and much more. Itβs a discount store. Check them out.β

βThese places are everywhere. They are not as big and unwieldy as Walmart. The prices are close to the big box stores and you don't have to cover acres to find things. We found just what we needed in less than 5 minutes. We waited less than 5 minutes at checkout. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. It was a good experience.β
βA great place for basics, parties, school and church events, crafts and seasonal items, and more. Dollar Tree is my go-to place before I shop elsewhere. I know I'll find what I need for a whole lot less.β

βNice, clean store and for the most part everyone's polite,, most of the time it's busy, but you won't have to wait long. Checkout goes pretty fast. Only complaint is that the shelves are almost always kinda bare, it's hit or miss if they have what u need in stock.β
βUsually has what Im looking for, they've recently had an upgrade to the store. They now care more frozen/dairy products, along with a little bit of produce!!β

βI shop there daily and it's always clean. They are needing workers that's why it's not to speedy but the cashier was doing her best training when she's was in training herself. She never got rude and apologized for any inconvience. She held her composer and got us all out of there as quick as she could. She is always busy doing something on the floor and quick to help her cowoker on top of doing the first shifts job. Poor woman never gets a lunch break without having to cone help check customers out. That woman deserves recognition. Way to go Dollar General you finally hired someone that actually works. I think her name was Jessica . Maybe she'll see this and know that some people are actually patient and recognize what hard job she has and it's appreciated. As far as customers go they need to keep their trash in there car the staff shouldn't have to pick up behind grown adults . You've been seen dumping your trash out for them to pick up. Makes me angry to see bad reviews on here saying its nasty or there's a long line. Corporate needs to hire help so its not put on just one or two people. It didn't get to be that way over night and it ain't going to change overnight. Instead of complaining suggest a solution.β

Mysteria (?), I hope I got that right, provided Superior customer service today. She was so kind with both her words and actions. I was there to get a new battery for my key fob. You know those are a challenge to get out! She found me a tool to assist the process.
I had to return to my car which was at a neighboring business and then come back.
Mysteria has a great attitude and an asset to the company!β
βEasy to find. Was open late. Needed one thing and it took 5 minutes to find and another minute to figure which one I wanted. Check out was fairly quick. Personell were helpful.β
βDollar Tree is now opening back up at 9 and has been since November. I know the employees enjoy that. This is my favorite store. They are always clean and stopped and the employees are pretty nice.β
βGood selection when you are in a rush and don't want to go to a larger store. They also have some good generic offerings with their Clover Valley brand. Prices for the name brand stuff is normal. No upcharge for the convenience. I am only knocking a star due to organization. It can be tricky to find something if you haven't been there plenty of times in the past.β
βBest experience I have had at this store. There is a new older woman who was working this evening that was so nice. All the cashier's here should aspire to be like her!β

βIt was very well stocked. Appearance was nice and employees were friendly. Rating 4 stars because the card machine kept acting up so my checkout time was longer than usual.β
βYoung man that was at the register (Derrick)asked if I found everything I needed. I mentioned something I couldn't find. He came all the way around the counter (quite a distance) and went to search for my item. He went above and beyond to help me. I will be back!!β
βItems frequently ring up for a price different than as marked. The manager will take offense if you point that out, saying you're criticizing her by talking about it. I guess I am. The price was wrong for more than a month. I value honesty where I shop. I haven't been back since.
Edit: new manager and the whole vibe has shifted. Much improved! Cant wait to see what the new manager does with the place!β

βI like this DG. They have items that the others around me don't and the tax is much less than the area where I live. Unfortunately because of Covid and the BS it brought with it, they are out of quite a lot of items, but they are slowly beginning to get those products back or replacing them with something else. I love that they have a produce section now and usually the fruits and veggies are in pretty good shape and fresh. My only complaint about this store is the lighting and that they don't always have what I want, but that's not their fault.β
βCashier was very friendly and polite...store was very clean and organized...parking is great..I'm just not happy with the rise in pricing...majority of customers were so happy with the previous prices..it was such a joy to go to the dollar store and shop...the dollar store was the only store that was living up to its name..when u went shopping u knew exactly how many items to pick up and what the price would be plus tax not u have to add up the items and think about whether the item is a 1.00 or 1.25 plus tax...β

βThe employees are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Be careful about driving at night down three notch rd because their are 2 minor children that ride their four wheelers to the DG without helmets or headlights.β

βThis is a great Dollar General. The cashiers and manager are always kind and helpful. The store is neat and clean. However, the outside lighting sucks. The Dollar General sign is out and has been out for sometime now. The big sign offers some lighting usually. Now at night the lighting is barely any AND there is no lighting from a street light or any lighting from across the street leaving the parking lot area dark and unsecure for not only the customers but the employees of Dollar General. Unless the lighting is fixed and we customers feel secure.. we will go some where else at night. Please get this lighting fixed.β
