“Great Place to bank. Not perfect, but better than most. Jacksonville office is the best, friendly knowledgeable people ready and willing to help/serve you. One small complaint. They don't read the online messages very often, I have had one open for 8 days now, no responds, guess I will have to make a trip to the branch to get a simple answer to a question.”
