“Ive alwats complained abkut the employees of metroPCS but this place here is the best ive been to. The store manager scott is a wonferdul sales person and knows his product. Very great customer service so if you have metropcs this is the place to go!!!

“Customer service at this location has been great, even though T-Mobile overall was not so good. Despite coverage maps, ads about great service area, best 5G blah blah blah, not so much. Plus, they-mobile customer service has absolutely no way to talk with you about an account once service is canceled because their service model only allows them to verify your identity through an active T-mobile device, so you have to go to a store and work through the service phone-tree from there. Really dumb approach to (former) customer management.
Again, this local location was great through multiple visits and different employees, my issue is with T-mobile overall.”
