“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Elsa at Cricket Wireless in Gadsden. I came in needing help with an issue that had been frustrating me, and she made the entire process so easy. She was patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed.
What really stood out was how knowledgeable she is. She knew exactly what to do, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was working before I left. It’s clear that she truly cares about helping her customers and wants them to leave happy.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Elsa went above and beyond, and because of her, I’ll gladly continue doing business with Cricket Wireless specifically, the Gadsden location. Employees like her are the reason customers stay loyal to a company.
I sincerely hope Cricket recognizes what an incredible employee they have. I’m unsure of her position but I feel Elsa would be an excellent candidate for a promotion or leadership position. She has the knowledge, professionalism, and customer-first attitude that every company should want representing its brand.

“So this review is exclusively about the service that was received at this store .... it has nothing to do with how much I may or may not like the service that Verizon offers to it's cellular customers. That being said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at this particular Verizon store. We ordered our stuff on line and a little later that day we got a text letting us know our stuff was in store and ready for pick up. Upon arrival they have full Covid procedures in place and only a limited # of customers are allowed in the store at one time. There weren't many people there and the wait was really quick. They had our stuff in a bag ready to go and were really friendly while we were there and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed help with. Didn't really do any window shopping (did that online), but the store itself is well stocked with the latest greatest cellular devices and looked like it would be easy to do some comparisons if you are trying to decide which route is best for you. Great store, super clean, easy access and great customer service. Highly recommend.”
