Store was fine but unable to help with billing and I ended up having to pay 99 dollars I should not have to protect credit. Ha get carriers won't ever use att again

Our experienced sucked because of AT&T not because of Devin the sales lady. She was fantastic and very sweet. She did all she could to help us. AT&T has the worst customer service ever. For what I pay it’s ridiculous how bad they suck. 5 stars for Devin, not AT&T.
