I had an excellent experience with the amazing representative Nadia. The manager of the retail store was also very helpful and very supportive with the services that I requested. I was more than pleased with the other discounts and help that was given.

Solid customer service from both Josh while setting up our initial plan and from Heather on uploading discount eligibility documentation on a subsequent visit. Staff are very knowledgeable and actively work to help save you money whether it's working a trade-in or one of the many discounts available. Store is clean, open, and inviting. Customers were treated professionally and courteously. Hours are good. They are all on the same sheet of music here and it shows.

Matthew T was super friendly & knowledgeable. He did a great job. Very pleased with this store. Several employees came in to assist with customers abt 20 mins after arrival. the timing of my arrival was just not very good as there was about an hour’s wait.

On August 22nd, 2023, my grandmother's phone suddenly ceased to function. In anticipation of replacing the device, we were prepared to cover the cost of the current phone and acquire a new one, with the price not posing a concern. Regrettably, our initial encounter at the store was marked by an encounter with a less than polite representative. Upon entering the store, the demeanor of the staff was less than welcoming, and we were led to a seat. The representative informed us that the only immediate way to secure a new phone was by adding an additional line. This perplexing requirement of paying for an unused line along with unused services and data left my grandmother understandably baffled.During the conversation, I attempted to elucidate the situation to my grandmother, only to be interrupted on two occasions by the representative's discourteous demeanor, which included chewing gum in an inconsiderate manner. The experience reached a point where it became clear that our presence was not valued and our time was being disregarded. Consequently, I made the decision to discontinue our interaction with this particular representative and expressed our intention to seek assistance from Apple instead.However, the story took a positive turn on August 23rd, 2023. In order to ascertain the exact payoff amount, I meticulously reviewed my grandmother's bill, which amounted to around $200. Instead of embarking on a nearly two-hour journey with an elderly family member and an infant, we decided to return to the store. On this occasion, we had the privilege of being assisted by Ms. Shondra. Her assistance proved to be invaluable, as the issue with the iPhone was resolved with ease. She kindly informed us that while we could pay off the phone and pursue an upgrade, it was unnecessary given the pristine condition of the device.I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Shondra for her exceptional customer service and support during this visit. Her professionalism and understanding significantly transformed our experience. It is with great pleasure that I bestow upon her a well-deserved five-star rating.

On Saturday, August 5th I had problems with my iPhone 14 and iPad. Went to the local AT&T store. Matt was the associate that assisted me. Within 5 minutes he had corrected both issues. Matt was very professional, kind and patient with me. I appreciated Matt’s assistance so much! Matt went above and beyond to solve my problems. He made this old gal’s day!

My phone quit working, and I was a big hurry. I let the gentleman know, and yet he still tried to push offers and deals on me like I was in there shopping. If they actually listen to their customers, they may have a better chance to provide a better experience

Purchased 2 new phones people are really helpful but you better be prepared to spend a lot of money. We did not expect the costs To be so high. We like the new phones but the cost is ridiculous! Every thing has to be purchased separately from the phone. It came with a very short cable, but no charging block. For what these phones cost, there should at least be a charger with them. Oh, I don't even want to talk about plans. Buyer beware. Still, as I said, the people were nice. Nuff said...

I am well pleased with AT&T I’ve been with them for nearly 25 years. Also we live across the road from a 5G tower so that help. Can’t get AT&T high speed Wi-Fi where we live I’m happy with a hotspot and good service
