Great customer service by a guy named Jacob! Walked in and got greeted right off, took maybe 20-30 mins to do my upgrade. Very satisfied!!

Nadia at the Jasper AT&T store was amazing, she greeted me as soon as I came in the store. She helped me get everything situated and was patient with me while I made several phone calls. I would say that she went above and beyond to help me and did so with very efficient speed while maintaining quality service. I will be recommending AT&T as well as Nadia to everyone I talk to. I am very pleased with how easy it was too. Many thanks to Nadia, and I will be back for the watch she recommended soon.

I was helped by Heather who is very knowledgeable on the phones and etc. for I asked for her she was helpful when I came by before. I think I got a great deal this was my Mother’s Day present from my husband and kids.

Nadia was so precious in helping this old lady understand her phone. I added a third line so I could have a hot spot. She had such patience with me, and explained everything so well.
