(I recently switched over from Lowes to Home Depot over a $15 issue that Chris at the Lowes store in Ellijay, GA would not refund me. I had spent over $25k with the store and still, he wouldn't budge) Home Depot bends over backwards for us. I highly recommend!”

“always a super friendly staff. if you're looking for supplies for your next project this is the ONLY place to go. the huys behind the counter are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in anyway possible. the guys in the warehouse are the same way. they are always careful loading materials and friendly. This business gives off that down home vibe and every trip usually ends with a handshake or two and a "yall come see us again" not to mention they are cheaper than the big box on almost everything! we deal with the guys at Duncan's every chance we get. you won't be disappointed”

“They went above and beyond helping my father in law this afternoon. He went in to get supplies for a new power post and box. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to help him get everything he needed even though they do not deliver on Sunday they are still able to make sure his power will be restored on Sunday. I will not shop at a competitor again. Thank you guys for all of your hardwork.”
“Today we had a new washing machine delivered. Hubby had found it online. Our Speed Queen pump went out 3 months after the warranty was up. Grrrr and noone could find a replacement pump. So... I have to brag on the guys who delivered our new GE! 2 young men - both VERY professional and friendly. They did an excellent and quick job installing the washer. Highly recommend using their delivery if needed!

“Check out their Facebook page. Store was opened in 1924 and still open today but no longer under the same management. So they are still establishing themselves and finding their path. Don't know if it would be my first stop for hardware but if I lived closer it wouldn't hurt to be my first call. The awesome, attentive, PERSONAL customer service I experienced would make me want to trade there first! But I'm nearly two hours away☹️”
